Terms & Conditions

All sales are final except:

1. In the event we have mislabeled or misidentified an item returns/exchanges may be performed within 30 Days of

purchase. For example, if we have an item labelled Iittala and you discover later that the item is actually Kosta Boda.

2. Electronics that cannot be tested on site may be returned/exchanged within 7 days. For example if there is an item that

requires a special battery to run that we do not have in stock. Or an electronic item is new old stock and we don't want to

open the box to preserve its integrity.

Returns/Refunds can only be processed on our Mid Week opening day (Currently Wednesdays – subject to change without

notice)

Modern Love is not responsible for vintage electronic items past the sale date. We test all electronic items, but please

inspect all cords and connections. Always test on your own in a supervised environment.
